Who else is ready for warmer weather and absolutely no more snow!?!? 🙋🏻♀️ I am trying sooo hard over here to tease my mind and body into thinking it’s summer time.. or at least spring!! And although I still know that snow is possible, this tropical smoothie is helping me get through and think of the WARM SUN!!
Recipe: 1.5 cups Coconut AlmondMilk (I use Califia because I think it’s the best.. in my opinion)
2 cups baby spinach
1 scoop vanilla bean protein powder
1 tbsp ground flax
.5 cup coconut meat 🤤
.5 cup blueberries
1 frozen banana
.5 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
1 scoop collagen peptides (I use vital proteins)
Blend and enjoy!!
Mine looks a little lighter than usual because I ran out of spinach 😩 but it’s usually a little darker/not so blueish purple. But hey, sure did make for a pretty picture, ha!! Also, I swear you CANNOT taste the cauliflower or the spinach!!!!
